The cust service at Ruger is great...Got a new SR22 and there was no gun rug in the box as I had seen in some youtube vids. So...contacted them and they said they do not ship with the rug any longer, but as a customer courtesy we will be happy to send you one...Now that is good PR, especially these days...Not to mention the SR22 is a sweet little weapon... 0 -
