Any Boston residents? HELP!!

So, my Son gets accepted to Berklee College of music in Boston for the Spring semester, starting in January.
Now, they don't seem to have enough dorm space! So he's on a waiting list with 16 other people!!
Does anyone know of anyone renting small relatively inexpensive apts in the Berklee area of Boston?
College............Oh brother!! I hope he gets smarter than the people who work there!!

    He has nothing going for him. He's white, American, hard working, speaks english, upper middle class, midwestern non smoking, non drinking, non drug using, A-B student.
    Poor kid probably has no chance!

    If he is starting college, that is about to change.
    On a serious note, I work a buddy from Boston and his mom still lives up there. I will ask him if he knows anybody or anywhere that might work.

    Believe it or not, I might be able to help you, though "cheap apt" and "Boston" do NOT go together.

    Hi Joe,
    Thanks for the e-mail. Apparently Berklee has found some "temporary housing" for my son. I tried to e-mail you back but it was returned to me. Thanks for the help!! Any gun shops I need to know about in or around Boston?
