I've had the root canal done and am going back in for a crown. First crown I have elected to receive, it's on a lower molar. Are crowns that easy to dislodge, or is it one you got many years ago? Do dentists stand behind them for a certain time period or is it a complete risk for the patient?

Crowns do have a life span depending on what tooth your have one on.Once you do have a crown installed , rememmber your not a kid anymore.Soft chewy candy with pull that crown off in a New York second.Just because you've had a root canal and crown installed does not mean the tooth will not decay.Ask your dental hygenist to show you how to brush your teeth with a battery powered tooth brush. You'll be surprised that you've bein doing it wrong.Pay attention to how your supposed to brush your gums, you'll save alot of money.Same thing goes for flossing.

It takes less time to clean your teeth then it does to clean an sks. It takes less time to clean your teeth then a wheel gun. When was the last time you shot 1,500 rounds in one of your guns, then let it sit for a week? After breakfast we might brush,( 500 rounds), after lunch,( who brushes after lunch, 500 rounds),after dinner, ( wait three or four hours, 500 rounds), then clean. 1,500 rounds in one day for your teeth in one day.You feed your guns cleaner ammo then you feed your teeth?I'll bet your like me, an only see your dentist twice a year.Would you only clean your guns twice a year, then blame the gunsmith?I can replace any gun I own, I can't replace the teeth I was born with.I can still hear the D.I., yelling at me, take care of your gear, it'll take care of you.
