If they made a 38-40/10mm why won't they make my 7.62x25 mm/30 carbine revolver?

I actually discussed this with a top notch machinist/firearms freak. He said the thing to do would be put sleeves in a 45LC cylinder.

You take out the cylinder, bore and stroke it and put it back shooting a larger caliber. Mine went from .22 to 409. 0 -
I've got on in .357/9mm and the usual .22/.22 mag. I wish they'd make it in 10mm/.40 S&W. I'd buy one of those. They made it in 38-40/10mm and they make a Vaqero in .40 S&W, (not sure why?). I'm going to get one in the .45 LC/.45acp when I find one I can afford. I've had the Blackhawk in the .30 carbine, it's a blast to shoot. 0
