08 canidates gun website ????

Can someone point me in the right direction as to what the website was that pointed out the gun related decisions of the 2008 presidential canidates.

    Here's an interesting Paul Vote (according to the site jpwolf linked)

    Voted NO on decreasing gun waiting period from 3 days to 1.

    Voted to pass a bill requiring anyone who purchases a gun at a gun show to go through an instant background check which must be completed within 24 hours

    Who'd a thunk it

    Thompson voted for no background checks at gun shows

    Read the fine print:

    "Vote to pass a bill requiring anyone who purchases a gun at a gun show to go through an instant background check which must be completed within 24 hours [instead of 72 hours]."

    This isn't the same as a waiting period.
    Previously, the background check had to be done within 72 hours of the sale, the new bill was to limit it to 24 hours.

    There was nothing stopping the seller from performing an instant background check within 24 hours.

    All he did was vote against tightening restrictions, while the way they worded it (incorrectly using waiting period, when all it requires is completion of an instant background check after the purchase).

    There is a reason Ron Paul scores an A with the NRA, but Thompson only a B+, and mislabeling what he voted on does not change what he actually voted on. Edit- that was Tancredo's rating, but
    Tom Tomptson "signed legislation creating school zones free of violence, guns and drugs."

    Virginia Tech anyone?

    pshh.... you are trying so hard to fight it, if you want gun rights, vote Ron Paul

    I was talking about Fred Thompson....not Tommy Thompson. I don't think T. Thompson is still in the race.

    What exactly am I trying to fight? I said repeatedly that I'm most likely voting for Paul in the primary.

    Me too. He might not be perfect but he's 80 90%. The others are at about 1-3%.
