Wood Cutters And Saws...Wood Pics
I had the camera with me on the quad to try and get a few pics of the Pilliated Woodpecker in my woods because I could here them all day long.
I never saw the woodpeckers so I just took a few pics of my Quad and trailer filled with firewood size branches as I get a log ready for our backyard mobile Sawmill.
I also snapped a few pics of the sawmill.

What is that, an 5.0L HO motor?
Cool setup!0 -
It is a basic VolksWagon engine.
I am not sure of the displacement.
My Grandpa bought it new in 1975.0 -
Cool sawmill! Bet you could cut the wood for a dandy cabin with that rig. 0 -
Cool![8D]
I'd love to have/use one of those. I have 3 Black Walnut trees I cut down about a year ago. Haven't been able to get the local "mill" guy to come get them. He was gonna cut them on halves with me in the sizes I specify, but can't get him here to pick them up. Told him I'd even load them on his trailer for him. Oh well, I'll get them cut one day.
Thanks for sharing.[:)]

That's great! A Volkswagen powered sawmill.
Don't have to worry about blowing a radiator.
How often do you have to adjust the valves? Every 10,000 board feet?0 -
