    It's a Springfield newspaper. Maybe it will catch somebody's attention down there for future action. Nothing will happen while Blagojevich is in there.

    Getting better. I wish Illinois would adopt a conceal carry, so I would be halfway legal when I come from Iowa. [:0]

    That will be the day[:D] I've since moved from Illinois and am glad. Oklahoma is much more gun friendly[;)]

    Forgive me, but you all have mistaken Illinois as a state governed by a representative democracy. In those circumstances, such a poll might have value. This, however, is Little Dick Daley's state and as long as Little Dick's little **** is buried in the collective posterior of the Democratic Legislature, there is no chance that the wishes of the majority will be heard much less honored.

    I just found out some updated news on states which allow you to carry. Wisconsin and Illinois are the only to that do not allow any carry what so ever. The word on the street is Wisconsin WILL come on with the other states and allow their citizens to carry by the end of the 07 year. Illinois will NEVER come to it's senses. This new assault weapons ban they are trying to push is just another step in the wrong direction.

    Huh, I don't remember the part in 2A that stipulates concealed, or un-concealed. Just the part about "bear arms".
    Bear: to carry.
    So they're trying to find out if it should be turned from a right, into a privilege out in Illinois now?
