Milwaukee battery recall.
Just thought I pass this on.
There is a recall on Milwaukee NiCad battery packs. It appears to be 14.4 volt and 18 volt Power Plus 2.4 Amp Hour battery packs manufactured between 1999 and February 2004 in Mexico. The problem is that the battery can explode during use. Milwaukee has had 35 reported incidents and 11 injuries resulting in cuts, bruises, and hearing loss. There is a notice on the Milwaukee web site.

Thanks Cutiegirl...I'll have to see if I can find some more info on that. I've got a few Milwaukee batteries. 0 -
This recall will not help me because all of those batteries that I had went bad and I threw them away. I will not buy another Milwaukee cordless tool or battery. 0
