Since Congress cant solve the Immigration

Lets have a binding referendum on Immigration. Just vote on issues.
Anchor babies? Number of work visas? Number of education visa? Number
of Immigrants to become citizens per year (by countries). All language
in court of public assembly to be in English. You will speak and read
English to become a citizem. Length of work visas. I am sure there are many other questions.

    China will not cleanse Americans. Someone must do dirty work, such as take out trash, clean toilet, wash dog, fry potato, and make garden pretty. American persons will do all this as Chinese masters enjoy good technical and administrative job and enjoy many leisure hour in Las Vegas!
