I think Cris Rocks said it best, when he said in his standup bit (something to this effect)....

"If you make 3 million a year and your wife wants half, no big deal, you aren't missing any meals....but if you make $30,000 and your wife wants $15,000, she might have to die." "I'm not moving back in with my mom because you ain't in love."[:D][:D]

Disclaimer: Not advocating killing your ex, and like Rock said, "not saying it's right........but I understand!".[:D][;)][:D]

    Chris Rock is hilarious.

Anyone seen his new movie yet?

In regards to the post: If this man's ex-wife feels strongly enough about her gender to get it changed, thereby declaring that she is really a man, then the marriage was established under false pretenses because it is assumed that "what you see is what you get."

That would be grounds for an anullment and if I'm not mistaken, there's a difference between annulling your marriage and getting a divorce. Could make a difference in whether or not on the alimony issue.
