so on the california model mini 14, will it accept larger capacity clips (ex 20 or 30rd) ??

  In LA maybe you should consider the Remington 7615. Takes AR clips.

  well the ranch comes with a 5rd and will accept anything larger.

  hmmm, i just looked up that gun. i have never even heard of it before. is it accurate ? reliable ? apparently it is half the weight of an AR.
