Saxon, why was it moved?

Why did you move the Obama post? It was not on a political subject, it was a social one. His wife is not a politician, and her comments should stand on their own and be discussed in a general forum. While politics will be part of that discussion because her husband is running for President, The subject is not about the politician but about the statement she made on race (not regarding politics) that needs to be discussed.

Since we don't have a "race", "civil rights" or "social" forum, I think it should be in the "general discussion" forum.

  Forget Obama. His only purpose is to make hilery look good. Of course he will get to keep any campaign contributions for future use.

  I think most relevant current events should qualify for the GD forum...even if they are somewhat political in nature. They are topics that affect us (the gun community) and are therefore relevant. We see quite a few threads that are purely political in nature and it's these threads that should be banished to the political forum...just my .02
