What terror level for this?
We had a stray injured dog wandering around the parking lot of our local Social Security office. The lot is fenced in so the dog could not leave unless it found the gates.
The local animal control officer came to take care of it but the animal was not found by him. So what happens next? Since this is federal property, the Homeland Security Police come out and start searching the lot for this dog. Must have been a terrorist in disguise.

I hope those trigger-happy jerkoffs didn't mistake the dog for a haji and shoot it 50 times 0 -
Reichssicherheitshauptamt
Department of Homeland Security
The Reichssicherheitshauptamt (RSHA) was the main division of the Nazi SS, and the parent organization of the Gestapo. The German word "Reich" is untranslatable, but you couldn't come closer in contemporary English than the emotionally-laden Bush-era term "homeland." "Sicherheit" is always translated as "security," and "Hauptamt" literally means "main office," which could be reasonably translated as "department."
The dog must be stopped at all cost, call in the panzers0 -
Either a yellow alert if there is a fire hydrant or tree near by or brown alert if .......well never mind[:0] 0 -
