Ruger Single Six Question...
I'm thinking about picking up a Ruger Single Six. I haven't decided on which cal to go with yet. In one ad for a .22, the seller states "Ruger Single Six 22LR. This is a early new model. Pre warning." What does he mean by "Pre Warning"? Is this warning only for .22s or did other cals have a warning too, and if so, which ones? Thanks.

Yeah, they all(Every Ruger firearm I believe) switched to the warning. Something about "Read owners manual blah blah blah bs bs bs" stamped right in the barrel. 0 -

OHHHHH.... Thanks for the info!! I thought he was talking about the gun blowing up in your face or something like that when I read about a warning. Thanks again!0 -
As I type this I am looking at a Ruger with the Warning stamped into the barrel. "Before using this gun read warnings in the instruction manual"
The single six also comes with the convertable package .22 Lr and .22Mag.0 -
