  I don't smell alchohol, his speech is not slurry.. Looks like he is getting out a carry permit.. good to go !!

  Last week a guy went into Bass Pro Shops here,Asked the sales man to see a pistol.Decided he liked it,Told the clerk he would take it.While the clerk was doing the back ground check,He left the store with the pistol.Afew hours later they found him in a parking garage by my work slumped over the steering wheel dead.Suicide.
