Grading Bolts

OK, I understand the 2,5 & 8 Grade system. No lines on the head is Grade 2. Three lines is a harder Grade 5.
What about those allen head bolts, those black ones. How hard are they? I'm guessing Grade 8 or higher.

  Allen head bolts are generally grade 8 as far as I know.
