A redneck mountaineer took his son to a school to enroll him.
"My boy's after larning', what d'ya have?" he asked the teacher.
"We offer English, trigonometry, spelling, etc.," she replied.
"Well, give him some of that thar trigernometry;
he's the worst shot in the family."

Been worried about the Technical Writing class. But my final writing paper I got a B- on. Have not got the final grad but should be High B maybe even an A.
Thought she was a tough grader, found out today she must have been cutting me some slack. Cause my grades are higher than anyone else I talked to in the class.
Those that have been on the forum for a while know I started out here just about like Joe did. But I listened and learned from what was suggested I do.
May have even helped me in this class.[8D]0 -
A teacher notices that a little boy at the back of the class is squirming around, scratching his crotch and not paying attention.
She goes back to find out what's up. He's quite embarrassed and whispers that he has just recently been circumcised and he's quite itchy.
The teacher has him go down to the principal's office, to phone his mom, and ask her what he should do about it.
He does this and returns to the class, sits down in his seat and suddenly, there's a general commotion at the back of the room.
Back down she goes, only to find him sitting at his desk with his BallPark Frank hanging out.
"What in the world are you doing? I thought I told you to call your mom?" she says.
"I did," he says. "And she told me that if I could stick it out till noon, she'd come and pick me up from school."0 -
Break is over and time to buckle down!! I am taking speech[V] and my firt assignment is to write and give my own Eulogy. This kinda bothers me, not because death or anything, but the fact I have to write about myself!
How do you write about yourself like that?
If you had to write your own where would you begin?

A dog had followed his owner to school. His owner was a fourth grader at a public elementary school. However,
when the bell rang, the dog slid inside the building and made it all the way to the child's classroom before a
teacher noticed and shoo'ed him outside, closing the door behind him. The dog sat down, whimpered and
stared at the closed doors. Then God appeared beside the dog, patted his head, and said,
"Don't feel bad fella'.... they won't let ME in either."0 -
