Race Fans! Talladega Pics.
We went to Talladega yesterday and I thought I would share some pics for you all.
It is 8 A.M. and we are already 1/4 of the way through the cooler.[:D]
150,000 Fans.....One Sidewalk.

We finally got a decent flyover. Every other race I have been to we have had A-10s and helicopters. We actually had fast planes this time.

This is the Official Friend of HandgunHTR. He is recently divorced. He found one of the locals to occupy some of his time. Check out the tats! The ones on her lower back are the footprints (like the ones on birth certificates) of her two children. Creepy.
And Jeff Gordon takes the Checkered Flag! He only led one lap. But, it was the only lap that counted. Oh well. He didn't even do a victory lap. Just a burnout and then straight to Victory Lane.
We had a great time and I now have the official red neck to go along with my personality. And damn, I need to put some aloe on it!

The GB truck ran in the race on Saturday. I didn't see anything at the track that had GB on it. I did see the Hooters trailer though.0 -
Looks like you were in the Anniston or Gadsden section. Been there several times. Chill bumps when the "pack" flys by and the section rumbles.[:D] 0 -
