I figured it out Gir R Done...

Gave up posting on GB for Lent, and for my correct guess he will donate a Mosin to my need a new used rifle cause.

    VA won't give out that info to anybody except immediate family, and you have to prove that you are.

    If you call the police/sheriff in his town/county, they will go out to his place and do a "welfare" check and report the results to you.

    If nobody else wants to do it, give me his address, full name and phone number, and I'll do it.

    He did say he was spending more time at the RIA forums. Whoever uses those forums should see if he is activley posting over there.
