When listing an auction the title section instructions clearly state NO ALL CAPS and yet many sellers utilize ALL CAPS for every listing.

Cognitive dissonance totally sucks. It drives me nuts.

  I dislike when someone emails me a direct response to my question with a host of text-messaging acronyms. I should not have to waste my time to decipher an email answer.
  
  IMO, it demonstrates intellectual arrogance and disrespect towards me as an individual.
