    I know what you are going through. As a drinker myself, I will have to agree that drinking during this time is not a good idea. Get out with friends or other family members and go to a movie or a bowling alley or something. The more you just sit around, the more sad you will become. It took me getting up and getting out to help with my divorce. If you lived closer, I'd go and get you. When I was in your shoes, one of my buddies came and got me and took me to a "charity auction and benefit" for kids at a private club. I didn't bring anything to donate so my buddy donated a date with me. The women at the club loved this idea. A date with me ended up bringing around $450.00. It made me feel special again. I wont go into the datails of who won the date with me. You guys would laugh too hard. But I will say, it got me out of the rut I was in.
