Worst handgun you ever had...
I've had probably well over 100 handguns in my life.
But the worst gun I ever had was a Star BM 9mm. I had nightmares about this gun!. It jammed every other round. I messed around with the extractor and it worked fine after that but I had a bad taste in my mouth, so I traded it in on a LLama 9mm.
To date, the Star was the only gun I've ever had that malfunctioned so frequently. In fact, even my Hi-Point (gulp) never failed to cycle...

I've never owned one (thank god), but the two worst handguns I've ever had the displeasure of trying were the first gen S&W Sigma and the Intratec 9mm. 0 -

Ruger p89 dao
Jammed every other round and one time the spring shot out the end of it.
At least your FIRED. I bought a new P89 TDA...would not fire reliably every time...fustrating as hell. Snnt it back twice, finally got it repaired, promptly traded it for a Glock, which never misfired or jammed.0 -
SO far I haven't had any major problem with any guns I have bought. Out of the 9 I own only one that ever gave me trouble. A Intratec Tec-dc9. Bought it unfired off gunbroker, the first 32 rounds spit out with no problems at all. The next clip....................well lets just say the shells don't extract without a extractor[:(!] Once I noticed I was missing the part it was to late. It was lost in the mud, grass, and thousands of empty shell cases. I later purchased a new extractor from Numrich and had a professional gunsmith install it and is shooting flawlessly[:D] 0 -
I have been really happy with all of my hand guns. 0 -

I had a Glock that would come apart while firing it. The magazine would fall out all the time, the slide lock lever would pop out and fall to the ground, then the slide would fly off. The safety fell out of the trigger one day and the pistol would no longer fire. I chucked it in a lake on the way home. What a POS!
Glock "perfection" Only Glock you have owned? Curious, since as an engineer, I find a lot of piss-poor design "features" on them: plastic mag release engaged in a plastic slot (??!!?). Rectangular firing pin? Trigger within a trigger. Useless serrations on slide to pull it back by. On model 21, .45ACP, the ejector causes rounds to "pivot" upward around it, thereby missing the chamber opening and winding up jammed vertically.
Do I own one? Yes, only because I like anything which will fire a projectile!

+1 for the Enforcer. I was told they suck and never worked but I did not listen. I thought they looked cool! I learned my lesson.

I had an M1 Enforcer pistol that jammed every 3 or 4 rounds. Tried polishing and different mags, different ammo, to no avail. Traded it out at a gun show.0 -

High Point JHP 45 ACP. It is the biggest turd of a firearm money can buy. I'm going to weld up the barrel, remove the fireing pin, braze the slide closed, and turn it into a paper weight
how about a pipe0 -
Worst was a Sterling PPL in .380. Bought it new, never could get it to function.
Two different versions, ( "OMC" & Irwindale Arms ), of the AMT Backup, were very close runners up. They sometimes would function, depending on the humidity & phase of the moon.0
