Kel-Tec P3AT - A simple "Yes" or "No"
If you would, please vote simply YES or NO on the Kel-Tec as far as....
RELIABILITY ~ YES? NO?
DURABILITY ~ YES? NO?
RECOIL ~ YES? NO?
SERVICEABILITY ~ YES? NO?
I'm seriously considering buying one in lieu of a few other .32/.380 pocket guns and I'd welcome your votes. Thanks!
BTW, I had the Kel-Tec P32 and had so much trouble with it that I traded in the new replacement they shipped me in exchange for the non-functioning boat anchor I had originally purchased.

Yes to all. I have carried one for several years and shot over 3,000 rounds thru mine. Doesn't like some hollow points. 0 -

Yes for both the 380 & the 32 provided you use Winchester Silvertips.

Dunno, but I hear their service is good.0 -
A definite YES for the P-3AT for me!!
Also put me in for a YES on the Kel-Tec P-40 the .40 cal. semi auto that only weighs a little over 15 ounces.
I've never had a malfunction of any kind with either of these two guns and for no more money than they cost that's amazing!
I carry the P-3AT with me all the time no matter what other gun I may be carrying. At 7.2 ounces for this 1st generation model you'll not find another gun made with this big of caliber in a semi auto that weighs less!

Maybe
Actually, I have the P-32. I had some ftf's when I first got it and didn't like the trigger pull but I sent it back to Kel-Tec and they polished the ramp, reduced the trigger pull and fine-tuned it for me, all at no charge. They have great service and you can call the gunsmith directly.0 -
Yes to all of the above. My experience is limited to the 1 I own, and I have nothing bad to say about it. 0 -
