Actually,it is the new multi-function "tactical" eyelet,available only to LEO's and "Tactical" guys. Equipped with compass,laser,sewing kit,fish hooks,tent,sleeping bag,two-way radio,generator,Coolwhip,taser,sideways sights, and a host of other features I can't disclose(unless you're a tactical guy,and I can trust you),it is truly a state-of-the-art tactical weapon.
