    HobbyGuy, I dunno. My S&W 460ES price is as low as I've ever seen. Just don't get it.

    Could be just poor timing. I have always noticed when I'm not interested in something I see them for sale everywhere. Then when I decide to get one I have to bid a premium price. Then when I decide the price is right to sell it, no one wants them.

    Dad will buy it, he is in bed, there is a day left, and if its reasonable ill run in there and tell him theres some on the block... the shop now wants 6.50 / box of corrosive.. yours is darn cheap! but theres only a day left, im afraid he wont see it...

    I can't explain it, but it seems like if they can see it, it kind of kicks their "I want it" switch. Folks are just funny, and visual sells!

    If I remember, you said you owned one and sold it and regretted it.
    Then you found another (this one) and had to have it.

    If so, why are you selling it now? I remember the thread because prior to it, I had never seen a Commanding Officer.

    I was just reading about that copy on, of all places, Wikipedia.
    I'd buy it, but my allowance is about 30% under your asking price.

    I have often wondered about the "Wolf ammo ban" most ranges have. Is it because it is mainly steel case and the ranges want the spent cases to be more money for them? Collecting brass can't be THAT big of a deal for these ranges. Any good reloadable cals aren't going to be discarded by the shooters and the scrap price for these little cases can't add up to much.

    The slow season gets longer and longer each yr.....it seems hunting season pick ups in sales come later and later. What do you guys think is going on? Is it that less people are hunting? Are people not buying new guns or looking for more options for the seasons? What about the internet.....has it affected the overall market? What about the manufacturers....have they not made anything that makes you guys NEED to get in the stores?

    I do need to buy a couple scopes for the two rifles i purchased last fall which i put in the safe and have never been shot, they still have the tags on them yet and but am not sure i should shoot them....Winchester model 70 coyotes.
