Here's a few hints, and I'm assuming you're wanting to buy for a woman:

    1. If it plugs into the wall, forget it.

    2. If it helps her do household chores, forget it.

    3. If it is something you know she doesn't like and you'll be happy to use it, forget it.

    4. If it can be purchased at the gas station on your way home because you forgot your anniversary, forget it.

    5. If it looks like you put an entire 30 seconds of thought into it, forget it.

The above hints are, of course, assuming that you like your wife and want to stay married to her.

Using that logic, I'm due a Smith and Wesson on September 28th. I wonder which one my wife has planned?

My First Anniversary gift for my wife was a Browning A-Bolt in .300 win. mag. She picked it out. Fifteen years later, I've still got the girl and she's still got the Browning.

Which goes to show it's all about choosing the right person.

Screw the list. Sorry I missed the "leather" anniversary, though.[}:)]

This was my gift from the wife on our 10th in '03. Our 15th is coming up next year and I was telling her I wanted a Colt AR. We'll see, so far it doesn't sound too promising.

(BTW, this is an internet found photo) To elaborate, its a Kimber TLE II, .45 ACP.[:p][:D]
