I have been overwhelmed by the generosity of the local Ham community. I have been loaned a ICOM IC-T90A. Amazingly small for it's capabilities.

Elk Sr. showed up last night with some hand-me-down equipment... a YAESU FT-8900R quad band, power supply, magnetic antenna and ground plane.

Handload has also offered to send an antenna my way.

I'm a little embarrassed by the generosity.
