    Art is really strange in one sence, but really he is a nice guy!

    I have talked to him on HAM radio a number of times.

    And yes he does believe about everything he talks about and even professes to have seen alien spacecraft.

    I do believe he has seen something as he lived with Area 51 in his back yard for many years!
