Staples did me better than right
My printer quit working and I thought the issue was lack of ink. I bought 2 cartridges packaged together, installed one and still nothing. I tried everything to get it to work, posted a thread here, contacted the manufacturer and it seems to be definitely defunct.
I took my receipt and the one cartridge still sealed back to Staples and asked if I could get a partial refund on what I had paid for both cartridges. They insisted that I should bring back both and get a full refund.
Not many places accept returns on sealed electronic items - I was impressed.
