    i think he doesnt want the hassle of shipping, but he still needs the money. lazy.

    Local sales only. As noted he doesn't want to mess with shipping. If he isn't an FFL I can understand that. Some dealers only do interstate to avoid collecting taxes. It's a free market and dealers can set their own policies. Buyers can go along or refuse.

    thats what i was thinking, at least it is stated clear enough in his auction, i would bet money some dipsheet will still bid out of state, and then ask how much shipping is
