That is a very long read but it contains some very good information about the road that this country is headed down, and it is not for the better.

That's always been MY definition of a "Patriot" also.

And yet, voting for him is "throwing away your vote."

    Imagine that.

Merc (who has always "thrown away his vote".......look at what choosing the lesser of two evils has gotten us!)

    Kristov;
Sir..as you have stated in the past...apparently you and I agree on more then what earlier threads would suggest.

What a difference a few years makes - had he said this but a year and a half ago, far too many folks around here would have decried him as a liberal terrorist-lover.

Having given tyrants all they wanted, the sheep now bleet that they're being led to the slaughter.

Oh well... your guy won. Get over it.

Why did it NOT surprise me, when I got to the end, and found out who wrote that?

Finally, a candidate that is NOT the lesser of two evils, but one who actually believes in the constitution, and has the voting record to PROVE IT.

    Rob Paul in 2008.

How can anyone argue with views like this? Good C&P Highball. Much appreciated.

Now wait awhile and watch all the naysayers and poo=pooers come out of the woodwork.

no he suggested that america's failures in foreign policy were the reason for 9/11.

Let's see...we arm, and train bin laden to fight russians...yep, that bit us on the butt.

we arm Iraq to fight Iran...yep, that bit us too.

He makes a good point. Now we have built five permanent military installations in Iraq. Big huge permanent installations. What would you think if you were a muslim teenager living in the middle east?

If we are truly working towards peace then these are issues, and questions that we have to address instead of just bombing "we're right" into their brains.

    Ben
