My sister and her husband have beeen married for 7 years. She has been going out and "seeing"someone else for the last few months. Two weeks ago she decided she wanted to move out so they could work on their marriage"yeah right"anyway she moved out on sat and on mon evening she was served divorced papers.
Score one for hubby...Now the car she is driving her inlaws are paying for and everything is in their name,now she wants them to sign a piece of paper saying that when the car is paid in full she wants it signed over to her,,plus she wants them to cont paying the insurance..
SHe is just crazy,,,,,she also wants full custody of the 6yr and she will let him see her whenever he wants,,,yeah like that is going to happen,,I told her that joint would be the way to go...
Now they go to court next friday and she still hasnt got an attorney,,plus she doesnt the money to get one....
This is why I believe in the pre nup...Nunn and I have one and I think everyone should get one...would make divorce's alot easier..
Oh yeah,,what she doesnt realize is that car she is driving can be taken back anytime,,by the inlaws,,,and ooooooooooh how mad is she going to be then,,,,

she is 36 and this is her 4th marriage,and she has 4 kids. one kid with each husband...

She sounds a little delusional.
Shortly after telling me I was about to be treated to a divorce, my not-yet-EX asked me to co-sign for a car loan she wanted. "Uhh, I don't think this is the right time for us further to intertwine our finances," was the explanation I gave her for "NO." Fortunately we had no children and very few assets, so we worked the assets out without the help of an attorney. The whole thing cost.....well I'm not sure because I made her pay it, but it was well under $300.0 -

Fortunately there are no children in this divorce, but she was calculating enough to stay with my brother for 10 years exactly, which in New York State entitles you to your spouse's retirement and pension. Big brother is a city firefighter, so this will be a substantial amount. She, on the other hand, is a waitress, and so, has nothing that hasn't been bought with his money, the house, her vehicle, all of which she is insisting he sign over to her, plus "spousal maintenance."
Knowing my brother's disposition to avoid conflict, she advised him that they should go through a mediation service, rather than individual lawyers (stating "because it's cheaper"), which of course puts them in a situation where he is further discouraged from conflict, and much to my discouragement, he is doing.
Now, with the divorce not even inked yet, she went out and got a boob-job, and has been seen about town with another man, whom she introduces as her "fiancee"....
She is the devil incarnate....

Ah hell that sounds like normal stuff from a whacko bimbo.
My wife says "she does not want to be a wife now; just a grandmother going to ball games and living alone." She has said I will NEVER come first in her mind. I always come after the grandkids, horse and dogs. That is her excuse for wanting a divorce. Talk about a short-sighted woman!

Alot of women don't use their brains and rely on looks and sex to get them thru life. THey go from one man to another and in the end almost always end up alone. Used and discarded like the trash they are.
They distroy their own self esteem and end up hating men. This is the type of woman we often see in the news who eventually tries to kill a man for monetary gain.0 -

I don't normally wish bad luck to happen to people. But, it is very hard to not want to see this person stuck with nothing for all the "trouble" she's gone through to set herself up finacially.

What the inlaws don't realize is that they are at her mercy while she has possession of the car. One auto accident and the future ex wife can ruin their lives.0
