So a bright orange gun won't incite violence, but a black gun will?
    Sounds discriminatory to me.

The (un)funny thing is, the guns are most likely made in China.

The proper thing to do would be to go after the problem [the factory] and not the third person as the noodle eaters have.

Or a really smart chinese criminial would paint a 'real' gun those orange colors so no one would think anything of it until it killed someone.

I am having a hard time understanding the current logic on play guns. When I grew up, every boy had a Roy Rogers cap pistol, a Red Ryder BB gun and we all played cowboys and indians.
There were no Columbine massacres, no U of WV slaughters, nobody brought a real gun to school because it wouldn't fire caps and wouldn't be cool.
We also didn't have video games where the Ninja guy ripped out the heart of his opponent.
Is it possible that kids play the wrong games these days?

    There's Walmart's in China?

If that paradox dosn't cause a rip in the fabric of the Time/space continuum nothing will.

The (un)funny thing is, the toy gun color laws here were probably drafted first in China.
