? for army recruiter

Only back home 6 months and I already hate it. Want to go from guard to active duty. Currently 13F, 11B E-5. Are they going to try to take a stripe coming in, and can I talk to the SF recruiter from the get go. Already exceed all the requirements but just curious which mos would be a better starting point, if it matters.
