The concrete will be done shortly. I dont think it is bad for 8400.00 and that includes the concrete. Sure beats the quotes i got of min. 16000.00 for an unfinished traditional garage. Plus i havent touched a thing. Soon as concrete is poured, i'll frame up inside, insulate more, call electrician, cover walls. I got a furnace out of a modular for heat. Damn straight i'm happy. I havent had a garage for about 8-9 years now. I got plenty of PLAYBOYS to take centerfolds out of and post on the ceiling. Gonna wacth the local garage sales and fleabay for bar signs. A friend of mines uncle drives for the local beverage company(beer) and he will try to get me some neons, etc... cheap. 0 -
Oh i got some things to put in it, but havent had the space, till now to get other things i want. Days of workin under a leantoo and on cold gravel are over... Well soon that is.[:)][:)] 0 -
They actually did a very good job. It does have double trusss' and double main wall beams. It is a bit stouter than some of the other pole barns i've seen. Oh by the way, it was built buy 3 amish guys, they showed up at 8:30 am, was done with what you see by 4:00pm. Not bad i think, considering it was just a flat gravel area. 0 -
looks good.
suppose they would build me a 60x120 with 18' side wall shop?.....priced a 60x100 with 18ft wall no insulation no concrete ect ect ...$60,0000 -

I think they would build any size... They are also book up for 3 months. Considering i signed the contract in march and they just built it last week. I believe they will costume build what ever you want. 0 -

Here in Texas they pour the slab first, but in Tennessee they build the garage, then pour the concete and it works out to be just as good.
