We need ONE more DC gun ban thread

Not to be a party pooper, but is there some reason that when you come to a gun forum, and the news has been out for many hours already regarding an important decision, you don't look down one or two threads to see if maybe, perhaps, ten others haven't started threads just like yours?

  On most forums the moderators lock duplicate posts so that the boards are not filled with identical subjects. The staff here tends to be preoccupied with other issues.

  I agree with you Spaniel ....
  
  But -- I can't hear it enough !! Just think about it --- we won something for once! This also opens up another can of worms on places like Chicago and others that have local weapon bans.
