H&K 19mm flares

Apparently 19mm H&K flares for the EFL Notsignalger?t are not being imported into the U.S. Are they available in Canada? If so, is it legal for me to hop across the border and bring some back?

  I recall seeing those a while back in one of those ammo catalogs. I think they came with an adapter to use 12 gauge flares for like $20. Never did get it since I might be tempted to use it to amuse my self[:D].
