Question For Smokers

This for for the people who responded to the other thread about quitting......Do you think addiction to smoking is more physical or mental ?

  I get to brag, I quit 3 years ago and I love to be around some one that smokes so I can smell second hand smoke[:p][:p]

  I believe it is both. I quit for five years, still wanted one every once in a while. Went back. Now trying to quit again. Been two days. As long as I am doing something I don't want one, but after eating, or in the evening, I crave a smoke.
