I forget who it was here that had his e-puke auction removed for a so-called 'illegal' auction. However they seem like they are pick-and-choose types. If you look on e-puke there are liereally several auctions of the tracer type.
For kicks: e-puke obviously did not catch this one, and it has been sold:

Yes, it was me. I myself sold over 20 auctions of them.
It was enough to make me leave ebay. I'll never sell another item there again.
The problem is they do not even look at the auctions they pull. Someone reports an item as being "illegal" and it is removed. They review it AFTER it has been pulled. Whats the point then? What a joke.0 -

They would hurt just as much when dropped from 500 feet...0
