I actually shot a mouse with a good burst from one of the pistols... [:D]
Didn't kill it - but merely stunned it.
Broke it's neck with a firm push with the "gun".0 -

Yeah come on over. There might be a few more guns on the way in near future.... =o) I do prefer real guns over Airsoft ones - but I do believe both have their place.0 -
the airsoft guns are fun to play with, and some of them HURT. The nice AK airsoft guns can have real AK wood mounted on them. 0 -
Happy: givette here. Please tell us a little about the game up there. Thanks. Joe 0 -
Great looking guns u have there [:)] 0 -
These guns here really DO hurt - and they do that out to about 50-60 yards distance.
We usually just play Airsoft/Hardball in a closed area, like the storage area of a concrete company - the company that makes sewage lines and such for the city, they have a big yard where we can run around and shoot at eachoder, without the risk of the plastic BB's getting into the concrete.
Otherwise we run around in a stone quary and that's also quite fun.
We normally just use regular huntingboots and -clothes, fullface mask and "tactical"-looking vest where we keep extra batteries, BB's, magasines, backup pistol and all that. PLUS sometimes we use smokegrenades too which spices it all up when the situation gets tight.
It's mostly just two teams on two... an equal number of players on each team. One team has 5 minutes to go out into the playingarea and hide/organise themselves. - and the other team goes to hunt them down.
We usually have a couple of plauers with fast shooting guns that aren't too powerfull - those are for close distances and assault.
Then we have some with moderately powered, also fastshooting guns for defence and secondary assault - and last we have a few or just one with a "sniper" that is quite powerfull and long range (up to about 80 yards) and quite precise too - you can make headshots at that distance with those guns.
The pistols are just for backup - and usually just "Spray and pray" type guns. That's why I think it's fun to have two Glock 18C set on full auto and with the long magasines with more BB's.
If the "rifle" breaks or malfunctions - it's easily pushed onto my back and the pistols are easily grabbed and used.
Some of my friends really hate it, when I hurry towards them - shooting short bursts from the fullauto Glocks.. =o)
Often they all just jump up and takes shots at me... then I'm the one howling "I'M HIT!"
It's a fun way to get some excersice and fresh air..
It's only 6mm plastic BB's - not the big paintballs that really hurt - but evenso, I am not allowed to shoot at people, when they're closer than 10-15 yards.. the BB's CAN break the skin and at closer than 10 yards - I have seen BB's settle in the skin or under the skin. (not my gun though - but another friend with similar tune-up job as mine.)
These are big boys toys - not something you'd want in the hands of a 10 year old or younger.
But mostly we just choose a forest, stone quary or the concrete storage area and hunt down eachoder - or we play Capture the Flag.
It's quite fun and you're really tired after just 5-6-8 hours of playing with us. I know I'm about dead three times over.. after a day like that.0
