Seller changes condition from New to Used
You are bidding on a gun that lists it as Factory New under condition. Midway thru the auction seller adds revision item listed incorrectly, is USED. Is it not appropriate to ask the seller to cancel your bid especially if you are winning and you do not want a used gun. If your bid and those you are bidding against thought they were bidding on a factory new not used. Actually, shouldn't the seller end the auction and restart the auction under the correct listing. If I get a negative for not going thru this deal, I'll be just a trite upset.

I think it should be pulled and relisted as used. 0 -
i agree. it was misrepresented, maybe not intentionally, but it was. new is new, used is used and the auction would reflect the price differences. if the seller doesn't relist as such, the item would receive a price not indicative of a used item. seller would then be guilty of misrep. and i think would be in an actionable position as it would be a contract with the winning bidder. 0 -
I concur. If your not the high bidder..... then no worry.
However the seller should just relist the item and start the bidding again with the correct condition listed. This would be fair to everyone.0
