who all makes a bipod that swivels left to right.

Harris. I don't know of others because I've never have bought any other brand.

There is another brand, it may be Ramline, I'm not sure. They make one that has a snap in attachment on top of a set of bi-pod walking sticks. I see it advertised on the Outdoor Channel. Other than that, Harris makes one and I have one mounted on my Ruger M77 MK II .220 Swift w/laminated beaver-tail forearm grip stock. I like it alot.
