Outstanding deal - Pella Door!

So I go to Lowes on Sunday and order one of their brand (cheap) front doors. Very basic. $1200 and a 3 week wait. I was talking about it to my neighbor and he says he has a "leftover" Pella front door (he is a Pella installer) that he'll give me for $1800. Only problem is it is blue and I need green (I'll paint it).

I was somewhat skeptical so we go look at it. It is brand new and the right size! Just to cover all bases I called a Pella dealer to see what the door costs - $4600! Ouch! SOLD!!!
