    I've owned and shot mine sence 1991. never had any problems with function. Accuracy is good not great. I have big hand s so the comfort is good for me. many of my friends complain about the grip size. I carry it in the winter because it is a very hard gun to conceal. hope that helps

    I have had mine since 1995. 10,000 plus rounds of everything under the sun including my own reloads. Not a single failure to feed. Accuracy with the the right loads are under 3". I have large hands so it fits me well.

    The downside, it is a big handgun. I once heard it is easier to conceal a box of Wheaties than a G21. [:D]

    With all of the other choices of quality handguns on the market I don't know why people would go for the Glock 21. I mean there's nothing really wrong with it besides the fact that it's a Glock. I personally don't like them because they're uncomfortable to shoot and I can't shoot them very well because I'm not used to the trigger. Look at Sig Sauers, particularly the p220. It is more expensive, but it's a very nice gun.

    I like mine though big it shoots great. Summer is home or vehicle duty and fun on the range. Carry in cooler seasons so I can conceal it.

    I have had one for close to 8 years now and really like it. It is a bit large but I have large hands and it fits me very well. For some reason this gun fits me well and I am as accurate with this as any pitol I own.

    They now make a "slim" version if the grip is to large for you. I would also look at the XD-45. Same price range and also a nice firearm.

    I also have a Glock 22 (.40) and I would not be so quick to recommend it. I like my XD-40 much better than my Glock 22.

    Sig P220 is nice, but is almost twice the price.

    They just came out with a Glock 21 SF which has a slimmer frame than the regular 21 but also accepts the old 21 clips. I just ordered one in for a friend last week and he has small hands it seemed to fit him ok.

    The SF has a new ambi mag release and the old mags will NOT function.

    The newer mags, characterized by molded in recangular relief on the upper front of the mag body WILL work in older G21s.

    I've got an XD45 and i love it, the Glock didnt feel good in my hand, I went back and forth between the XD and a 1911 and i likeed the bigger capacity of the XD. You should look at one.

    I have used both the Sig P220 .45 and the Glock 21 .45 as duty guns.

    I prefer the Glock for 3 reasons. It holds more ammo, it has the same trigger pull on all shots. I never liked the heavy DA pull for the first shot on the Sig, and the Glock does not rust like the Sig when exposed to salt air.

    I love mine its a perfect fit for my large hands and its very reliable. Glock is releasing a new Model 21 with a smaller grip and it will hold the same number of rounds as the current ones. I do have to say the SIG P-220 is the cream of the crop. Cant wait until I can find and can afford one.
