Ok, I don't understand this....
I went to mejier tonight. Got a few bore mops and some other things. The had Remington 100gr Core Lokt rounds for the 243...21.99/20rds.
Then they had winchester powerpoint and Remington CL both 150gr loads, 12.99/20. Same price for their 22-250 ammo.
Between the 308, 30-06, 243, 30-30, 8mm, 22-250,.... The 243 and 7mm mag were 21.99/20rds, the highest prices of them all.
I don't get it

hmm... Sounds like they could either be jacking up the prices of the more popular rounds and loads(in that area). Or they could have gotten a new shipment in with higher prices then before. Or I guess it could be neither. In any case sounds a little strange to me.

The higher price sounds like what they would charge for the Core-Lokt-Ultra, Remington's premium controlled expansion bullet.
Maybe a pricing error on their part if it was the regular Core-Lokt.
Otherwise, I don't get it either.0 -
