legal Question for PA deerhunters

hello all, I have been considering taking a good friend of the family for the PA rifle season this year who happens to be an Old timer , I was wondering if its Legal for him to hunt out of the back of my Pick up truck Bed (TRUCK PARKED NOT RUNNING). any info would be great.

  Nope, not legal in PA. unless he can get a disabled permit from the Game Commission. Then vehicle has to be parked with motor not running to be legal to shoot from the vehicle. Without the permit he would need to get out and shoot from outside the vehicle. I currently have a permit(which is good for life) and I use my ATV but it must be parked with the motor off before I can legally shoot from it. Hope this info helps you out.
