if you go back a few pages on that topic, he doesn't seem to think the right to bear arms is an individual right, or that it applies to anything more than muskets.
Sure you can still bear arms using a musket, but prohibiting you from bearing arms with an AR-15 is an infrigement upon the right to bear arms.
Then he is too dumb to understand english when it says:
" The militia of the United States consists of all able-bodied males at least 17 years of age and, except as provided in section 313 of title 32, under 45 years of age who are, or who have made a declaration of intention to become, citizens of the United States"
Apparently this means the national gaurd.
