    I've seen them many times in DC and they are totally amazing. You can't help but feel proud of every one of them. A Marine Corps General told me that one of the most difficult maneuvers is "fix bayonets" since they have to synchronize their timing so exactly that you will only hear one "click".

    If you ever get the chance to attend the Marine Corps birthday at the Iwo Jima Memorial in Arlington, you'll see them along with the "Commandant's Own" and the "President's Own" Marine Corps bands. It's an event you will never forget.

    Why is it that you never hear about the Army's Old Guard? They're the ones that do the 21-gun salutes with the howitzers at funerals and stuff. They guard the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. They do a lot of stuff around DC, and they are regulated very heavily, even after they're out of the Old Guard.

    Im proud of each branch of our "Great Military" I feel proud when they sing the National Anthem such as before a Nascar race. If Im at a friends or have friends over, if Im wearing a hat it comes off.
