It's crap - the only thing I can see coming out of this is: "It has been determined by Federal agencies that 'assault-style weapons' and/or magazines capable of holdng in excess of local and/or state hunting laws are not necessary and can therefore be banned without any undue hardship or detriment to outdoor recreational activities."[xx(] 0 -

This order is not intended to, and does not, create any right, benefit, trust responsibility, or privilege, substantive or procedural, enforceable at law or in equity by any party against the United States, its departments, agencies, instrumentalities, or entities, its officers or employees, or any other person."
In plain English, this executive order does not give anyone license to bring the US government to court in regards to this order.
Even to enforce the wording and/or intent of this order.
In other words, the entirety of this executive order don't mean squat.
Feel good words with nothing to back it up.
