Exact date for the deer rut in eastern MA

Can anyone give me the exact date for the deer rut in eastern Massachusetts? [?]

Our gun season begins on the 26th of November ... that would be pretty much the end of the rutting action, right?

    Yup. At least for the main part. There are still some does out the that wiil not have been bred. Still gotta hunt hard!

    Deer don't run around with calendars.....but they do run around with internal thermometers. Temperature roughly determines when the rutting season begins. [:)][:)]
